Me and my final project movie opening partner, Adrianna, talked and devised a plan of attack to create the best movie opening piece. We decided to split the workload to be completed across 5 weeks, in week 1 we want to complete our Research on other movie openings in our genre to understand what vibe we want to bring, create a storyboard, understand what our scenes will be, know what we want to do so that we don’t waste time (make sure to do blog posts), and come up with a title. in week 2 we want to get our actors on board of the project, brief the actors, continue to work on scenes and get any props we need as well as keeping up with the blog posts, and hopefully figure out who’s on the team and draft the credits we will insert when editing. In week 3 we want to start filming, hopefully film all scenes and film more than we really need so we can pick and choose what we want to use. During week 4, we want Continue filming and refilm any scenes we need to. For week 5, we want to spend a week editing and insert the credits and title. And by week 6, we want our final project to be finished and polished. We believe this is the perfect schedule that will help us create a successful piece.
